Developed projects aimed at improving in-store appearance, optimizing customer flow, and supporting marketing campaigns. Focused on creating visually cohesive environments that aligned with brand identity while enhancing overall customer experience.

Project: Faux Plant Installation – Basquia Bakery, Jagalchi 

Research and outsourced plant decor vendors across the Bay Area, coordinating with both real and faux plant specialists to install greenery in Basquia.

Project: Food Photography Sourcing – Pogu, Basquia, and Temple Food

Sourced and coordinated professional food photographers within the Bay Area for menu and displays of Pogu, Basquia Bakery, and Temple Food. 

Project Duration: 1 and a half months

Project: Grand Opening – Jagalchi Bay Area Location | March 28th, 2025

Supported the successful launch of the first Jagalchi store in the Bay Area. Collaborated cross-functionally with departments and team members to coordinate logistics, marketing, and on-site preparations for opening day.

Project: Jagalchi- Employee Code of Conduct Display

Collaborated with key members for the concept of a corkboard display positioned in the breakroom, ensuring the employee guidelines were easily visible and accessible to staff in a casual area.

Duration: 1 month

Project: Sign for Receiving Hours

Drafted and organized the Receiving Department operating hours, ensuring clarity and alignment with store operations and management review, which was later updated with a revised version.

Project: Installation of Directory Signs to Enhance Customer Navigation

 Implemented clear and strategically placed directory signage throughout the store to improve customer wayfinding, reduce confusion, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Project: Jagalchi Department Team Photo Board

Collaborated with the manager to coordinate with all department managers in organizing and taking team photos. Oversaw scheduling and communication across teams to ensure smooth execution. Final photos were displayed in the staff office to enhance workplace culture and team visibility.

Project: Basquia New Summer Drinks Poster

Gave directional materials to create the new summer poster. While developing naming concepts and price for the new featured ice cream flavors.

Project: Jagalchi's Store Announcements Script

At the request of the Regional CEO, developed the outline script for in-store announcements.

Projects Focused on Enhancing Store Layout and Brand Merchandise.

Led initiatives to optimize store layout for better customer flow and visibility, while curating branded merchandise to strengthen in-store brand presence and drive engagement.

Project: Tteok Rice Cake Menu

Assisted the manager in developing a visually appealing menu for Tteok cakes, ensuring clarity and alignment with the brand's aesthetic. 

Project: Black Manager Hats

Sourcing black hats for the management team to create a professional appearance aligned with the brand's visual identity.

Project: Rice Pop Display

Originally a plain, clear acrylic box, the manager's vision was to transform it into a visually engaging display for the rice pop machine. The design highlighted the moment the crackers are made and shoots out, with the added target element emphasizing this interactive feature. 

Project: Premium Seaweed Display

After feedback from the CEO regarding the previous display, which did not highlight the premium seaweed product due to insufficient lighting, adjustments were made to direct lighting from above onto the display. Additionally, a dedicated display a sign was created to prominently feature and emphasize the product's premium quality. 

Project: Updating the Design for Frozen Coolers

Developed a draft design concept for the ice cream coolers, incorporating a fun and engaging style to attract customer attention and enhance the overall in-store experience.
